We Understand
The approach undertaken by Kimmeridge Group is to first understand the objectives, goals, and operating difficulties our clients have.
We Listen
During our initial client interaction, we listen to what our client is telling us, discuss the issues aired and work practically and holistically with them to develop an achievable implementable change in practices at all levels to attain the results required.
We develop an Integrated Operational Audit
Following initial discussions, we will spend time an initial period working on site with our clients focusing and understanding the goals and objectives they are have already outlined scoping any potential work and develop the beginnings of a working relationship.
This work takes the format of an integrated operational audit; this is to ensure that the direct and indirect aspects of the client’s goals are investigated understood and challenged. The process of challenging is done with the client’s team and further develops a working relationship and starts to establish a route map to realise his initial goals.

We agree on an Engagement Strategy
Once this operational audit has been completed, we will develop an approach that focuses on the achievement of the client’s initial goal and with the application of appropriate business techniques such as lean enterprise best practices, product development, six sigma and supply chain management, positively impacting the competitive nature of our clients business.
We work out how we are going to work together to achieve success and the amount of time we need to work together and how we work together. Do we encamp if required, do we work in weekly or daily windows, or do we work remotely being the guys to go supporting clients by being remote subject matter experts and using MS Teams and Planner as the basis of or communication and support?
We facilitate Research & Benchmarking
As part of the operational audit, Kimmeridge Group brings facilitation techniques, industry/product research and bench-marking to this process. We do this to demonstrate industry and product experience, also applying stretched targets from industry and agree goal setting as the overall output for the analysis.
We determine an outcomes-based approach
Once the initial phase is completed, we are then able to develop an approach driven by the needs of our clients who select the elements of work and to some extent the method. The advantage is that the responsibility of ongoing work is shared, and measurable financial results align with the initial business objectives.
We implement jointly selected projects
We implement jointly selected projects with a team of our client's people and track the results. During the implementation we transfer our know-how, so the involved people will become experts in the process and can continue implementing further improvements themselves. In effect, we become personal coaches and mentors to your people to develop a self-sustaining culture that further drives for continuous improvement.
Our Approach to Partnering with you
We listen, we gather information to understand your goals and objectives, we collaborate with you and agree on a strategy and then we work with you to implement the strategy.
Collaboration is core to what we do!
